A native of Colorado and graduate of the University of Colorado.

Career in Real Estate Development has spanned 35 years in Denver including the past 22 year as Vice President of Shea Homes.  Participated in the acquisition of the Mission Viejo Company (Highlands Ranch) in 1997 and joined the board of HRLETF shortly thereafter.  Shea Homes subsequently dedicated the 100 plus acres of land currently housing the HRLETF facility. 

As developers of master planned communities, Shea Homes is committed to community safety, which ranks among the most important considerations of new homebuyers.  The HRLETF facility has provided the opportunity for local law enforcement to grow alongside the community of Highlands Ranch and now provides this same opportunity for multiple law enforcement agencies throughout the region.   It has been a privilege to serve on the HRLETF board alongside many dedicated law enforcement personnel, in the effort to collectively create a state-of-the-art facility, which supports and advances community safety.
