The Mission of the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Foundation Inc. is to maintain the successful operation of a professional law enforcement training facility that promotes and/or develops:

1. Its primary purpose of training and educating law enforcement officers,

2. private and public partnerships for the purpose of public safety,

3. an appreciation for law enforcement within the community, and

4. a sustainable foundation that expands or enhances the ability to accomplish the above, while working in harmony with the surrounding community.
