A citizen of Arapahoe County, Jim was first elected to the HRLETF board in 2018.  He works as a Chief Financial Officer for several Colorado businesses, and also serves on the board of directors of South Metro Fire Rescue and is an appointed official of the City of Centennial serving on their Budget Committee.
